A FIELD OF ONIONS
I thought you might be interested in seeing a commercial field of onions just north of Uvalde, irrigated with aquifer water, shown above.

I think the onion normally planted in this area is ALLIUM CEPA 'Texas 1015 SuperSweet,' developed at Texas A & M University by Leonard Pike in 1980.
